Service scope
Zaria provides technology consultancy and WhatsApp-based workflow implementation for hospitals and healthcare providers.
Client agreements
Services provided to customers are governed by separate written agreements between Zaria and each client. In the event of any conflict, the client agreement takes precedence over these website terms.
Acceptable use
Customers are responsible for using the service in compliance with applicable laws, platform policies, and their own obligations regarding patient communications, privacy, and healthcare regulations.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all software, documentation, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property provided by Zaria remain the property of Zaria.
Limitation of liability
Zaria provides its services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee any specific business, operational, or financial outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable client agreement.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.
